Birth Doula Services:

As your Birth Doula I offer physical and emotional support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I want to help you have the birth you desire and deserve. This is your experience and I’m here to hold that space for you as well as care and advocate for you along the way. I support any type of birth experience whether it be in the hospital, at home or in a Birth Center. I have been trained through DONA International.

Offerings:
*24/7 on call Support & Text Support.
*2-4 Prenatal visits. *Information on labor + birth+ postpartum options, choices, procedures etc. *You will receive Labor and Birth Support. I apply a variety of relaxation and comfort techniques such as position guidance, hot/cold compresses, sacral pressure, hip squeezes, fanning as well other personalized options we go over in our prenatal appointments. * Gentle Herbal Guidance and complementary nourishing teas for pregnancy and postpartum.
* Birth photography and videography
*Placenta Prints available upon request. *Breastfeeding guidance is provided initially after birth and the coming weeks postpartum. *Local Resources * 1-2 postpartum visits with
one food offering. * Newborn care guidance & support. *Babywearing guidance & support.
*My extensive Lending Library provides information on a variety of topics from breastfeeding, infant care, postpartum nourishment, pregnancy & birth support & more!

Birth Doula Service: $1,200

*No one turned away for lack of funds, let’s work something out! I am open to trade, barter, and payment plans.

Postpartum Services:

My postpartum service is an hourly service providing physical and emotional support after baby is born and the months thereafter. I provide:

*Light house work and cleaning, help with laundry, dishes, organization etc.
* Care for the baby and other siblings while the parents rest, shower and implement any type of self care they need to nourish themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.
*Breastfeeding support & resources.
*Babywearing guidance
*Lending Library of helpful books
*Grocery Shopping/ Running Errands
*Homestead Helper

My goal is to support folks in feeling empowered, informed, and lovingly supported in their parenting journey.
Postpartum Service: $30/hr

*I am happy to travel over an hour for support but charge a fee of $15/hr traveled.
